Coalition of Anti-Black Racism Training Professionals
The Coalition of Anti-Black Racism Training Professionals (CABRTP) is a team of experts, researchers and facilitators in diversity, equity and inclusion that provide professional learning workshops to build awareness, learning, and knowledge about anti-Black racism, anti-oppression and cross-cultural competencies.
CABRTP specializes in working with organizations, institutions and all levels of government to foster innovation, creativity, leadership, profitable and sustainable growth and a strong, cohesive people culture.

We believe that education, empathy, and understanding are essential components in this fight, and we are dedicated to equipping our clients with the skills and knowledge they need to drive lasting change.
Create
Create a positive change, away from the culture of pervasive Anti-Black Racism prevalent in our institutions and in our lives.
Identify and Remove
Identify and remove systemic barriers to well-being experienced by African Canadians, especially those living in Brampton.
Help
Help ensure that organizations’ work culture and policies are free of bias, discrimination, and inequality and fully inclusive and accessible to African Canadians.
Adopt
Adopt some common definitions and identify manifestations of anti-Black racism.
Increase
Increase our understanding of the history of Canada’s People of African Descent.
Identify
Identify the historical roots of Anti-Black Racism.
Examine
Examine the nature of Anti-Black Racism in our workplaces and action strategies to eliminate it.
