Supa is the principal consultant for M5 Consulting Group. Having worked as a senior public affairs consultant he has provided government relations, stakeholder engagement and public policy advice for the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition in the House of Commons. Supa has also advised other Members of Parliament and senior caucus members including the Shadow Cabinet Ministers for Immigration & Citizenship, Human Rights & International Development, Diversity, Inclusion & Youth.
He is a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a unique blend of skills and experience. He has worked in the private sector in the sports and entertainment industry, not-for-profit sector, and public sector at the municipal, regional, and federal levels of government. He believes people working together can do almost anything. He has learned that the happiest and most fulfilled people in life, are those who do what they love, do what they are great at and do what helps others. He believes in strong accountability for results. He is focused on helping leaders to address complex challenges, achieve goals and deliver measurable results.
Supa is a member of the ‘Mayor’s Black Advisory Committee in Brampton and a volunteer leader for the City’s Social, Cultural and Economic Empowerment & Anti-Black Racism Unit. He has supported the Mayor’s Black Caucus in Mississauga and Black Community engagement sessions, the Conservative Black Congress of Canada and the Canadian Congress on Diversity and Inclusion. He is the Communications Chair for the Canadian Christians for Justice and Mercy and a strategic partner for the Canadian Black Directorate. Supa holds a master’s degree in Leadership Studies from University of Guelph, a Master’s Certificate in Municipal Leadership from the Schulich School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Western University Canada. He was a “Western Scholar Award” recipient, and Western Mustangs “Best Male Sprinter” ranked Top 10 in Ontario & Top 20 in Canada. He is currently training to compete in the 2022 World Masters Athletics Championships. He and his wife are the parents of three boys.
